i would like to know if its possible to buy a palpal debit card from lets say dollar general without having to add money and just paying the base 2.95 fee for the card
I don't think it is possible to get these cards at a dollar general or at a retailer since these are personalized debit chip enabled cards therefore you'd have to sign up for the card online.
they sell temoporary cash cards at dollar general that you can link to a paypal account. i only ask because i have money in my paypal and not much on my person and i really really need the funds now i cant wait for a bank xfer or check to be mailed. Thanks for taking the time out!
