payment mix up?

An item was purchased. eBay shows no payment has been made but, paypal shows payment has been made. Which one is correct? Do I ship the item?

Hi @socalnative,

That's a great question and I'm glad you reached out! As long as you've seen that the PayPal payment is listed as "Completed" and you can see the money in your PayPal balance, you should be able to send out the item to the buyer. I would reach out to eBay to determine why the item is not listed as paid.
