pay in 4

so I using pay in 4 to buy a laptop on Best Buy , everything was going great until time to play my order. when I try to place my order, it say the order didn't go through and then when I check in PayPal they already start taking my first payment of the pay in 4 plan. So I'm afraid that even my order is not place, PayPal going to still take my money from bank account. Anybody know how to cancel that plan and refund my money?

I'm going through the same issues! I ordered from 2 places and the sites i ordered from don't even know what happened. And paypal SUCKS at customer service when trying to speak on the phone. There's very little information. Everything is just on hold and pending.
