I'm sorry its taken so long for me to get back to you.
From your PayPal account in a desktop browser:
Select PayPal Mastercard on the left.
Now you should be in your card access portal.
On the left, under the blue link that says "View Activity" you should see a link that says "Paperless Statements", select it, and follow the prompt.
When you turn on paperless statements, each month, PayPal will send you an email when your statement is ready. You will also be able to print the statement if you prefer to mail your payment.
With each new billing cycle, if you receive cashback, it should be available at this time for transfer into your PayPal account.
