so i just recently got my cash plus mastercard, and i went to activate the card in the app, and i noticed the cash card option is no longer there in the settings, nor can i even activate the card, even when i call the number to activate the card, they cant even find the card number, so im super confused and have been trying to figure out why the option isnt their, for like a week, their is no active card option, and the cash card option in the settings is gone, but my account is saying i still have a paypal cash plus account, so im very confused, ive made a new paypal and have been trying to close this account but im having trouble closing the account also, could somebody help me? is anybody having the same problem? would be great if anybody, or prefereby somebody from paypal could help me on this issue or just help me close the account, so i dont have problems on my other account that i just made because of this problem, thank you.
