multi-order shipping down?

continue receiving the "something went wrong, please try again" message when attempting to pay for my multi-order shipping label

Have "tried again" several times over the past 3 or 4 hours, but to no avail

is there somewhere we can check on the status of the multi-order shipping? I'd prefer NOT to have to just keep trying if I could simply check the status & finally get it printed when the site comes back up

Been trying for 5 hours and it won't let me pay. Same errormessage as the OP is getting.
