Yes, they are criminals and are involved in criminal activity! If you have had the misfortune to buy something off of one of their customers. Chances are if it is a "legal" item to buy. YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT! They supply the dark web with all sorts of illegal items. Their IP address customers are selling to you right now. I bought a 450 piece Craftsman tool set w/case for $55.96. I NEVER GOT IT AND I HAVE ACCEPTED THE FACT, I NEVER WILL.
So, if the seller you are buying from has an email address like this; ""mail.Ru"" STAY AWAY and contact the FBI, PAYPAL, or any other ;law enforcement agency that will and can put a stop to these criminals. You and I have the power to put these criminals in their place. Jail!
