link from home page to PayPal/Synchrony credit card is not working

I'm trying to pay my PayPal credit card bill. The card is underwritten by Synchrony. The links from my PayPal home page are not working. I am getting a "Bad Request" error. Any ideas?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
