I'm having trouble connecting my PayPal account to my iTunes payment method. it keeps saying: "This payment method cant be used with the iTunes store. Try again using another payment method" i have had this problem since forever and was wondering if there is a way to resolve this issue when ever its iTunes end or PayPal end.

I am having the exact same problem in Texas, with iTunes in Apple US, and "local" PayPal.
I will contact active help tomorrow, I hope.
It used to work fine, then two or more iPadOS upgrades and now it fails.
Apple has traced it in iTunes to the "edge" of their system, and says it is your problem.
Please, help!!!!!
