iOS app doesn't work with 3rd-party keyboard

Hi, I'm looking for a way to resolve or report a bug for the following problem that I'm experiencing on the iOS app.
I am using a 3rd-party keyboard (swiftkey) which handles multiple languages, and because of that I disabled the default iOS English keyboard. The problem is then inside the PayPal app, whenever I need to enter text (e.g. adding a note to a payment), it doesn't pull up the 3rd-party keyboard making it impossible to type in anything.
