i'm just trying to activate my paypal card... this is ridiculous

i go to the website and it just takes me to my account. i see zero links that lead to activating this thing.

i call... "your phone number matches our records" ... nothing. then a hang up.

or, if i manage to get past that, "enter the last four numbers on the card" ... silence. until it hangs up.

*sigh*
