i do not have a negative balance please resolve

Good day in my notification center it is still requesting me to resolve a negative balance on my account and i do not have a negative balance please resolve this issue so i can fully use my paypal account and restore my paypal ive aleady submitted all requested documents

 

A week ago there was a case someone tried to withdraw the money after receiving the work. The documents were submitted in full, and 3 days ago the reply came to win the case. And the negative balance returned to mawjid. But until now I cannot control my account or the existing balance ... PayPal now requires me to add a new card to add the negative balance. I have no negative balance .. What is the solution? Please
