my girlfriend has received two coupons from PayPal each for $5 off of a purchase when you pay with PayPal, one she received for her birthday and one on the anniversary of her joining. I 've been searching for how to enter your birthday and i cannot find where to do that and also i've been a member of Paypal since 2015 and have never received a coupon. does anyone have more information on these coupons and how to get them?
