Hi everyone, i'm in a pinch. I'm trying to determine shipping cost and print a mailing label. The problem is, when I click the activity or transaction I want to create the mailing label for there is no "ship".
Here are the steps:
- Click Activity at the top of the page and find the item you want to ship.
- Click on the transaction you're looking for and then click Ship.
Problem is there is no "ship" to click in the trans action window just the paid information, email address, refund this payment link. but NO SHIP. what am I doing wrong?
