What is eBay postpay GCS? I placed 3 orders for masks and ebay sent me a tracking# for the USPS. For 4 days I checked and items were in transit to USPS. Today I got a message from the USPS that 2 of the items would be delivered probably tomorrow. It says eBay postpay GCS above the tracking #. What is going on? Thanks
