Hi. I want to give debit card. I'm not in England right now. That's why I can't order a card. Is there a benefactor who can take my card and send it to my address 🙂 I will send the amount due.
If your PayPal account is UK based, the only card you can get is the UK PayPal business debit card. Any other PayPal card is not available to you unless you sign up for a US PayPal account and that would be difficult as you'll need a US SSN/tax ID number.
