credit card replacement

My paypal mastercard was compromised and I had a fradulent charge.  I called and a replacement card was sent to me that I received yesterday.  When I log into my paypal account my old account has been removed from my paypal and I can't figure out how to add my new one so I can see activity etc.  I tried to link the card to the wallet but I get an error.  Can someone help?

You don't add the PayPal card as if was a third party card on the Wallet page.

Call number on back of card to get assistance with activation and linking to your paypal account.

You say to call the number on the "back of the card". Which card? I don't have a PayPal card. I have replaced my previous Visa card due to fraud.
