i had an account the address was in egypt, so i close this account and i open new one as i'm living now in spain and i want to change the paypal.me to my old name in the old account which it was benwahid in the link.
can you help me doing it again in my account this one, keep in mind thats the email its the same and everything its the same like old one but only i close it and open new one to change the address and country of my residence as you said in your rules.
