there are two offers of 100% cashback in fashion category so if i order one thing from 1t site and then i go to 2nd cashback site in which there is also 100% cashback. so my question is will i get cashback in second transaction also?
Depends on the specific offer terms and conditions. Some offers are for the first transaction ever with a new PayPal account. Some are not. If both of those offers are for first time ever PayPal transactions, no, you would not get cashback for both. Just one of them.
