cash card question

I have a balance I would like get, the issue is I don't have a bank card or a bank, my job pays me in cash, i'm a nanny. If I got the paypal cash card could I get the balance I have?

First you have to make your PayPal balance a Cash or Cash Plus balance if you haven't already done so:

What can I do with my personal PayPal account, PayPal Cash account or PayPal Cash Plus account?

Then you may get the Cash card to access your funds or withdrawal via PayPal app at Walmart:

If you're a minor (under 18), you're not supposed to operate a PayPal account as these processes tend to ask for your DOB.

So I can't just add the card as a debit card? I don't get it 😛
