cash back not revived

I have booked flight ticket thru "EASY TRIP" web app and as per offer paid Rs. 2796/- vis paypal on 13/11/2019.As per offre I should received Rs.750/- promotional cashback voucher as this payment for easy trip was my first ever payment for this web app. But unfortunately I didn't received my cashback voucher. I don't know what to do now and where to approach. Anyone please help me out. Any customer acre contact no./ mail id would be helpful to me.
