cash back issue

I had a transaction on 15th Dec 2018 and got the cashback of Rs. 800 with the validity of  28th Feb 2019. Later Rs. 200 cashback added on 26th Jan 2019 with the validity of 31st March 2019. Now in my account I don't see any cash back. Can you please tell me where my cash back is. How it got elapse before given validity.
