i have searched through paypal but didn't find answer to this. what i want is to obtain a paypal debit card to be able to use it with vendors that don't accept paypal directly, as i still want to be covered by paypal's money back guarantee in case the vendors turn out to be dodgy. i have tried to apply but it's not available to my country, so i was thinking if it's possible to register the card on, let's say, a uk address which i have access to and get the card from there and use it. and will i be covered by paypal's money back guarantee if i pay with my debit card? or is it something i need to watch in case the transaction is classed as friends and family rather than goods and services
