No, you only need a PayPal Personal account. If you want to transfer the money you receive, just add a bank account to your PayPal account.
You can share your Money Pool with friends and family by texting, emailing, or posting the link to social media. Or wherever or whoever you want to share your Money Pool link with. The exposure you get depends where you post the link and how you promote it I suspect.
