Xoom is a very bad service. They authorized a transfer from my bank account and sent funds to Nigeria. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Xoom and PayPal is no help online. Anyone have a similar problem or a suggestion to report the fraud?

I'm having a horrible Xoom experience as well. Over $5K "lost" While they try to figure out what happened. It's been a month and I only seem to get the same information again when I contact them (24 to 48 hours to figure it out but I get only silence).

 

Now they admit that they need to refund the money, but they don't know which of two methods to use, like I care.

 

Their internal processes are not my concern. I just need my refund.
