Has anyone been able to contact PayPal through any form of communication? Calling them doesn't work, there's no email address to write them. I've tried to use the message center and I might get 1 message per day, from a person that apparently doesn't read anything I wrote and asks questions to which the answers to that question have already been stated.
How does this damn company even run with THEE WORST customer service? All I want is to update my account information and get the free PayPal Cash Card and the website and the app just keeps telling me that it cannot update my account information. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!
Anyone interested in starting another company like PayPal with actual customer service and helps people resolve simple problems promptly?? I'm serious!
