I was wondering if my Paypal debit card will automatically withdraw from my bank if there is no money in my Paypal account.
I transfer money from my bank to my Paypal in a certain amount each month, but it takes the full 5 days. This is why I'm wondering if it will draw from bank directly if Paypal account is empty.
Also, is there a way to set a limit on the debit card?
