I have requested my PayPal debit card I received it, I activated my card using the '' activate card'' button
I have tried to buy using it online (amazon, transferwise, eBay, Aliexpress''
every time I have this message: ''Your card payment attempt was unsuccessful as your bank did not authorize the payment. Please try again'' and if the problem persists, contact your bank´s card department and ask them to allow card payments I have also tried to contact PayPal using the phone number always the phone hang up on me while saying coronavirus, I have spoken with an agent which he doesn't have any clue why?
I have twitted and messaged Paypal on twitter the same thing they just didn't know why and they even started ignoring my message.
what's the purpose of the card just for Display only ?????
