Why isn’t my prepaid debit mastercard working?

I bought a prepaid debit mastercard to purchase something off ebay, but every time i try to check out it says to choose a different form of payment. i’ve linked the card to my paypal account, activated it, called customer service, but nothing is working. is there anyway i can refund it? does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Unfortunately as this is a public community, there's no way to look at user account info.  Did you call the number on the back of the card ?
