Hello, I used PayPal https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/ to create a shipping label to send a large envelop (~0.2 lbs) with international express service from US to UK. However in the weight box, I was told either 0.2 or 0.9 lbs are less than the minimum weight required or 1.0 lb is exceeded the maximum weight required. So it could not calculate the postage. Anybody experienced the same situation and how to fix this? Or is this a bug from Paypal or USPS? Thanks
