I ordered the product April 23, 2020... after about a month, I reached out to them, but their website was gone and no one ever responding to any of my additional email inquiries. So, I enter a dispute with PayPal, with pictures and everything. I didn't think it would be this difficult to get a refund, that is until I started noticing the "resolution" date kept being extended and I only started taking screenshots recently... first it was June 30 (ok, I'll be a little more patient) and then I checked and it said July 14, and I checked today and now it's July 17.
Come on, PayPal!!! It's only $44.98, but it's MY $44.98 for a product I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
