Why is my "PayPal Cash/Debit Card" showing as "being created" when I login Online with my Laptop? I already have an activated PayPal Cas/Debit Card but I can only access it through the mobile app. This is a problem if I don't have my cell phone and I need to unlock my Card. Am I overlooking the option online? Any help would be appreciated. thanks
