Why is my name shown on a public page?

Anyone can see my full name. I don't want this and i don't agree with these terms.
When people send me money or when i send money, of course they can see my name.

But now my name is on a public page. Could this be removed until people actually interact with me/my account???

If not, could you please show me which part of the terms and conditions I agreed to to have my full name placed on a public page?

What "public page" are you talking about? The PayPal.me page? PayPal Money Pool? Where? These features may display your name in public.

Im indeed talking about the paypal.me page. I understand what you are saying, but you didn't answer my questions.

I am sorry if you feel that @sharpiemarker did not answer your question. In order to answer your question can you please advise what public page you are seeing your name showing so I or other members can help?
