I used PayPal to create a shipping label yesterday, yet when I log on today, the charge is marked as "pending." What does that mean? Is the bill paid or not?
I have this also but I am thinking it is because I have not taken the item to the post office yet and not scanned. Once scanned then it will show payment is used.
