On the PayPal site it mentions you get a $5 credit when you use paypal to pay for something before Sunday Nov. 29. Well I used paypal on the Tophatter site to pay and when I received my email confirmation it didn't show up in the transaction details like it said it would. So I'm just wondering why I didn't get it?
