Why am u being charged fir 1 of my 4 payments as well as the total amount?

PayPal will reflect the total amount of the Pay in 4 transaction in your account activity for reference and have no effect to the installment plan.

Ok. But then why is my first installment payment of my 4 payments being charged twice today?
