I tried to purchase incense sticks from a site I found using Google search that appeared legitimate. I put the item in my cart and went to check out. The checkout process did not cause any red flags for me, it all seemed pretty normal. After completing the checkout and using PayPal for the transaction, I received an email stating that I had "chipped in" to a Money Pool for Kolins Deals organized by Phillip Ross. I have not had any confirmation of a purchase from the vendor or seen anything in my PayPal account related to the transaction. Can anyone help me understand what is going on and possible resolution. This all happened in the last 3 days.
