We're verifying your information message every time I try to sign up for the PayPal Cash Card

For the past 3-5 months I've been trying to sign up for the PayPal Cash Card, but every time I try to sign up, it says, "were verifying your information".

Is there any way I can resolve this issue.

The exact same thing has been happening to me. I've been trying on and off for about the same length of time. Hopefully someone can answer the question.
