Paypal India is providing many offers on numerous merchant websites but under terms and conditions of the offer there is no mention about virtual debit cards not being eligible for cashback. Many users haven't received any Cashback because of this. If Paypal is allowing the virtual debit card for payments, then why aren't they providing Cashback for the same. It's just hypocrisy by Paypal
