Can a vendor receive a paypal transaction, without the buyer using paypal? I made a transaction from a supplier, who sent an email, with unforseen chinese in it, when the transaction was performed directly with a debit card - there is no history of this in my paypal account - i did not use paypal. The paypal chatbot cofirms the validity of the email. Why would I receive a confirmation email from service,paypal when I have not made a transaction using paypal?
