Can i use my paypal cash card in Mexico. I have tried to call the number to place a travel notification several times and it says unable to take my call. So i tried the message center and was told to call the number. Then was told was they was going to send a text to verify me which i never got and then they said they couldn't verify me. This is also while waiting 15 minutes for a response and then when i do get a response it's always from another person who clearly disnt read the conversation that was happening. So my question is will my pay pal cash card work in mexico without the travel notification?
