Using as debit/credit at a store

Only one out of four times I have not had an issue using my PayPal card at a register st a store. Every time I try it declines when I know there is money on the account. What am I doing wrong?

I guess It's paypal system trying to protect you from unauthorized transactions

Call PayPal Support about it
