I am new to PayPal.me and despite having read and re-read the help pages I am still confused. I have been "nominated" the designated gift giver among friends from the US to Oz. I have created a PayPal.me link. Now, how do I actually (step-by-step, please) send out requests for money all over the world. Who pays the PayPal fees?
