Unused Shipping Label Refund After 48 Hours?

Hello,

I haven't seen quite this exact question yet, so wanted to ask.

I printed a label 5 days ago & ended up shipping it via other means than USPS.

I purchased the shipping label through PayPal, but from the USPS.

Is it now possible to void & receive a refund for the unused label, since 48 hours have passed, or am I stuck with the charge?
