so today there is an unknown transaction in my account from seller ACO Digital Limited, I don't even know the seller but it took my money. i already report my problem to the resolution center but it said it's not unauthorized and I can't have my money back.
is there really nothing I can't do about it? please I need help.
I've contacted customer service. after a long wait, they decide to review again the transaction in the end I can't get my money back. it's a shame but there is nothing I can't do anymore. I wish they give some compensation but not gonna get my hopes up tho.
