I know there are many claims against this company. I only wish I had reviewed the community before chancing this order. First inquiry, they stated it was in the mail, be patient. Second request - no response. Third request - no response. Didn't hear back from them again until I involved PayPal. Now, Unilone claim they have confirmation that our package was delivered. With COVID - we are home all day as our business is closed. If a package was delivered, trust me, we'd have known. I have updated PayPal to the situation, however, seeing many of the posts all of you have made - I am less than hopeful of receiving a positive outcome and refund of my payment to this sketchy seller.
I think we all need to mass message PayPal and demand refunds for products never received from this seller. PayPal should have realized long ago that this is a bogus/untrustworthy client.
PayPal - BLOCK THEM, PLEASE!!!!
