Unable to use Pay in 4 - Option not available under Pay Later

Hello everyone,

I am unable to use Pay in 4 under "Pay Later" when going to any merchants website.

Is anyone else in the US able to use this new feature or am I the only one affected?

Please let me know!! I have already submit a ticket with PayPal support, but this is very frustrating

Ive been able to use Pay in 4, now today I went to a site....selected Pay in 4.....page refreshed, and now option is not available at a store I have already used Pay in 4 at before.

Would like to get this issue resolved.
