Thank you for your post. For best results, please call the number on the back of the Extras MasterCard, or select from the automated assistant's categories when you call the main number. I would advise against immediately requesting an agent right off the bat, as that may require two separate hold times while you wait for the first teammate and then again for a teammate in the correct department.
