Unable to order PayPal cash Card

I tried to order my PayPal cash/debit card but unfortunately I was unable to complete my request. I received a error message: We can't update your account We're unable to make the requested updates to your account. You're still able to use your PayPal account to shop, send money, and get paid.

Me to i cancled my card cuz it said it was coming on the second and never came in and now i cant order a new one
