USPS First Class Mail Purchased Through PayPal Has ZERO Tracking Info.

I have purchased nearly 20 labels the past year using Paypal, for first class mail. ZERO of them have any tracking info. USPS only says "label created".  Anyone Have info on this? Some of these were legal documents, tracking is very important.
